One of the classics of early this year is the challenge proposed Marck Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, in the first days of the month of January. The challenge last year consisted of reading two books every two weeks; other years you had another type of challenges, and take every day tie to work or learn mandarin.
This year, Zuckerberg gets into the car of the sport with his new annual challenge: run 365 miles (587’5 km approximately) through 2016. This has created, as every year, a facebook group, A year of running, which you can join from your account. You can then see the publication of Zuckerberg.
I have a physical challenge for 2016 as well. I’m going to run 365 miles and I’d love for as many people in this…

Really, are not many kilometers for a person used to go running, but Yes it can be a good challenge for those who want to start to do so. The Facebook group is a good way to keep us motivated and share our progress with other athletes from all parts of the world.
You decide how you want to do it: run approximately one kilometer and a half every day every day (does not seem very practical to run a short distance), grouping the kilometers for weeks (11 kilometres per week approximately) or even months (49 km every month).
It uses an app like Runtastic or Runkeeper to record your progress and share them with the rest of Internet users. Currently nearly 100,000 people have joined the challenge of Zuckerberg, how many they will get to finish it?
